Real Life Christian Academy (RLCA) is a Christ-centered educational institution dedicated to spiritually, academically, socially, and physically nurturing students. Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Upper School Science Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will exhibit a deep love for students, a strong Christian faith, and a commitment to fostering both academic and spiritual growth. As part of our team, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment where students thrive in all aspects of their development.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and deliver an engaging science curriculum in alignment with RLCA’s academic
standards and Christian values.
● Create a positive, inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere that fosters students’ spiritual and
academic growth.
● Use diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including differentiated
instruction and hands-on activities.
● Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and address students’ needs.
● Maintain open communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
● Serve as a positive Christian role model in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
● A committed follower of Jesus Christ, embracing the mission and core values of Real Life
Christian Academy.
● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
● Demonstrated passion for teaching and a strong work ethic.
● Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
● Teaching certificate and CPR certification (preferred).
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● A commitment to personal and professional growth as an educator and Christian role model.
