Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine love for young learners, a strong Christian faith, and a passion for helping children grow both academically and spiritually. RLCA teachers are responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and Christ-honoring classroom environment where students can thrive in every area of their development.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with RLCA standards
and biblical values
● Create a positive, structured, and loving classroom environment
● Differentiate lessons to meet a variety of learning needs and styles
● Monitor and assess student progress and communicate effectively with families
● Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support school-wide goals
● Serve as a Christian role model in speech, conduct, and lifestyle
● Participate in school functions, staff development, and team meetings
Qualifications
● Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ
● Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required)
● Teaching certificate (preferred)
● CPR certification (preferred)
● Prior experience in early childhood or elementary education is a plus
● Passionate about Christian education and student discipleship
● Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
● Fully aligned with the mission and core values of Real Life Christian Academy
