Campuses will begin gathering in person October 4th. For locations and our NEW service times visit real.life/locations.
When are campuses re-gathering?
Do I need to register to attend a service?
We are no longer requiring registration to attend a service or for Kid Life.
What will Kid Life check in look like?
We will have a new mobile check in process. Both existing RL families and new guests can check in using their mobile device. Check in will be available from your mobile device once you have arrived at a campus.
What are your cleaning protocols between services?
All locations will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to experiences. Extra hand sanitizing stations have been installed at all locations. Bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized between services. Hard surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized between services. Congregating in the lobby will be discouraged (no coffee or food service) to allow for cleaning.
Kid Life – In between services all rooms will be fogged and toys switched out. For more information check out our Kid Life Wellness Policy & Protocols.
How will services be different?
Each campus has a seating plan to ensure social distancing. Volunteers and staff will be wearing masks and have their temperature checked upon arrival prior to the service. Communion will be individually wrapped and handed to you as you enter the auditorium. Ushers handing out communion will be wearing masks and gloves. Offering baskets will not be passed around during service. Instead we encourage you to give online or through the Gyve app. If you prefer to give in person there will be offering boxes available at each campus. Ask an Usher if you need help finding one.
Should I wear a mask?
All volunteers and staff will be wearing masks, and we will honor mandates set by local ordinances.
