Get Ready!

Mega Sports Camp is a week-long vacation bible school at Real Life Mount Dora, that will help kids discover that God has a plan for their lives. There will be sports-themed crafts, snacks, music, your favorite sports and small group interaction with your team coach. This fun event is for K-5th grade students.

All You Need To Know

When is Mega Sports Camp?

Mega Sports Camp is Monday, July 27th – Friday, July 31st from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Your children may arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled with their group leader. Dismissal will be at 8:30pm with your child’s group leader.

Where is Mega Sports Camp?

Mega Sports Camp is located at Real Life Mount Dora campus. The address is 31205 Round Lake Road, Mount Dora, 32757. All sports sessions are located outdoors and in grass fields. Our large group time together will be indoors with loud music, costumes, and videos.

Where do I check in my child?

You can register and check in your child at our main entrance. We will have our volunteers ready to serve and guide you.

Do I need to sign anything?

On the first night of participation, you must sign a permission slip for your child. Your child may not participate without one.

What should my child wear?

Please dress your child in comfortable, breathable clothes. We will be playing sports such as football, baseball, basketball, and soccer. Closed toed shoes will be the best option. Please, no dresses or dress shoes.

Can my child bring a friend?

Of course, we would encourage your child to invite all of their friends, cousins, and neighbors!

Is there food and water available for my child?

We will provide a nutritious snack and Gatorade each night at Mega Sports Camp. We are not serving dinner. We are providing large coolers of water and water fountains are available at any time.

My child has special needs. Can they also participate?

Yes, please make us aware of your child’s needs and we will have a Buddy System in place for children who have special needs. However, you may want to participate, as their parent, to ensure your child’s safety and comfort.
