Next Gen Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Next Gen Coordinator provides support for Kid Life, Student Life, & Young Adults, ensuring
all systems are running with peak efficiency. The Next Gen Coordinator will provide a healthy
culture and be able to lead a team.

Job Responsibilities:

● Create and maintain an effective onboarding process for leaders.
● Assist volunteers through the training process.
● Stay in contact with volunteers, parents, and ministry partners. Boosting care and
communication.
● Assist with curriculum and program preparation as necessary.
● Help manage the budget and planning for camp, events, and other extracurriculars.

Required Qualifications:

● Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission
and ministry purposes of Real Life.
● Membership with Real Life.
● Generosity
● High School Education required, Bachelor preferred.
● Strong communication skills.
● Able to dynamically lead a large group of multi-age children.
● Strong technology skills.
● Able to meet deadlines, reliable & punctual.
● Goal-oriented.
● Effectively organize, prioritize, and lead multiple projects
