Position: Preschool Coordinator

Position Details: Real Life is currently seeking a part-time Preschool Coordinator responsible for recruiting, training, guiding, motivating, and inspiring team members. The primary duties will involve evaluating and managing curriculum programs to meet the spiritual needs of children in preschool. The ideal candidate should possess dynamic teaching skills and be able to lead both kids and team members effectively. Other responsibilities include coordinating communication from Kid Life to the preschool children and their families.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the position should have the following qualifications: spiritual maturity and the ability to carry out duties and responsibilities in a manner that glorifies Christ and advances the mission and ministry objectives of Real Life. They should be goal-oriented, can meet deadlines, and be capable of leading a team and creating a healthy culture. They should also be skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects effectively. In addition, the candidate should have a responsive and flexible attitude and be reliable and punctual.
