In consideration of the public health concerns related to COVID-19, we will be hosting services online only this weekend (Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd).
Worship with your Real Life family online from the safety and comfort of your home! We will use this special experience to update you on how we’ll engage with your family in this season, as well as pray together from all across Central Florida. This unique way to worship is going to focus on how we are truly ONE church in multiple locations.
Tune in to the live online stream of our Real Life services from anywhere! Watch on your mobile device or computer at Real.Life, Facebook, or YouTube. You can also download the Real Life app (available on iOS and Android) or watch on your Apple TV, Roku, or Amazon Fire device (search for Real Life Christian).
Why did we decide to do this?
1) We believe that loving where we live is protecting where we live.
2) We are not acting out of fear, we are acting out of responsibility to the community we serve.
3) God has already paved the way for us with our ability to stream online and gather together digitally.
How can I stay up to date on any new developments or changes Real Life might be making?
As a church family, we are committed to keeping you informed. Here are ways you can get the latest updates:
● Follow us on social media (@reallifefl).
● Subscribe to text updates – text “RL” to 352 577 0115.
● Subscribe to our weekly email update – text “Weekly” to 352 577 0115.
● Our website www.real.life will also be updated regularly.
Is Real Life changing any other events or programs?
Saturday Nights at Real Life (Clermont, East, Mount Dora, and Sodo) for this weekend will be rescheduled. We will update you on these and the status of other upcoming events as they get closer!
The Middle School WKND event is being postponed. Those families registered will be receiving specific information.
Groups: We are asking that all groups shift to an online meeting format. Your group leader will be in touch with you about plans for your individual group.
So many people are afraid, what can we do?
As Christ-followers, we are called to consistently trust in His power and wisdom. In this way, we are able to practice caution without being consumed by fear or panic. Second, actively and consistently participate in the practice of prayer (Phil. 4:6-7). Let’s be extra-intentional to let this be our response in this season.
Lastly, we have an opportunity to BE the church.
What are some ways you can LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE? Maybe it’s by helping your elderly neighbor with their groceries, offering to look after a friend’s child if they have to go to work, making a meal for a family who you know is struggling to feed their kids, or simply sharing your toilet paper! Don’t let fear take the lead – be a source of encouragement, peace, and kindness to all!
Have church at home with your family!
Partnering with you as families is a top priority for us! While we can’t physically be together, we hope you will use the resources on real.life/familyresources to worship and engage with your kids each weekend!
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble” – Psalm 46:1
